Here you will find out about the exciting things we are doing currently in Year 2.

Welcome to Class 5 - September 2023

A great big welcome from Miss Jamieson, Mrs Beardmore and Miss Jonessmiley

PE days for Class 5 are TUESDAY and FRIDAY.  Children should come to school on these days in their PE kit and earrings must be removed prior to coming to school, any problems then please speak to the Class Teacher.

Year 2 DT food project

In DT the children in Year 2 the explored the hidden sugars in foods and learnt about what makes a healthy meal.  They then designed their own health wrap based on what people need to eat in their diet.  Once they had designed their wrap they made and evaluated these.
